Log In screen
As part of the Ability Data Direct product, you can select Expanded Data from the drop down menu on the Product Selection page of Ability Data Direct. Simply select Expanded Data from the menu and you have immediate access to the product.

User Setup
The welcome screen for Expanded Data provides access to the set-up area of the product. You can set Expanded Data to correlate data by item number or by EDP number. You can customize selections that are available for various data types within Expanded Data, adding or deleting items as your needs dictate.
Customize Product Brands
You can create a customized list of product brands for Expanded Data. Expanded Data does not include a list of standard brands—all brand entries are specific to your business.
Add Additional Data
Once an item has been added to Expanded Data, the Item Maintenance page for that item will display a long list of additional categories, where more information about a product can be added. You can add prices, files, descriptions or links that you want to associate with the selected product.
View All Item Information
You can view a “snapshot” of all the information you have associated with a particular item. Data can be modified or deleted to keep your records current and manageable.
