Some issues are simple and have a quick answer. Others are more complex and take time to research. In either case, you can help us resolve your support issues faster by remembering these simple tips whenever you submit an issue.
  • Submit your issue via our Client Support website: http://www.marketingconcepts.com/clientLogin.asp. The support box is monitored 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. If you do not know your login email us at support@marketingconcepts.com.
  • Fill out the Support Ticket Request being as detail as possible. Tell us the problem; then describe the exact steps you were performing when you encountered the problem.
  • Send us a screen shot of all error messages that you received. The Error Number and exact wording can point us in the right direction toward resolving the problem quickly.
  • E-mail us copies of any additional supporting documents, screen prints of Error Messages, Standard Lists or Batch Edit Lists, that you think might help us pinpoint the problem.
Taking the time to include these details when submitting a support issue helps us visualize the problem and work toward a quick resolution.
