    Job Responsibilities
    • Hands-on optimization, including keyword/phrase research, site structure, page construction, content and SEO copywriting
    • Optimize web site components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, internal linking, site map, etc.
    • Manage and oversee SEO Projects
    • Research the latest search engine algorithms, rules and trends
    • Maintain search service client relationships

    Personal Characteristics
      Customer Service Representative must maintain a positive, optimistic attitude in an ever-changing environment. Individuals must be patient with themselves through the training process and bring that patience to the floor when dealing with customers that have sensitive issues. Individuals must be able to work well with others under stressful conditions. Punctuality, dependability and flexibility are very important characteristics.
    Required Skills
      Basic computer skills should include Windows based software. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. CSR must obtain good problem solving skills.
    Primary Purpose
      The primary purpose of a Customer Service Representative is handling the customer's calls with efficiency and customer satisfaction, including being responsive to the customer's needs and following through on outstanding issues. Our Contact center answers phone calls for six different companies. We do NOT do any out bound cold calling!! Customers are asking for pricing, wanting to place orders and verify the status of their orders.
    Position Responsibilities
      Handle each Customer Service issue thoroughly and accurately, follow up on calls that cannot be handled with one contact, address customer service emails, specialized training in at least two skill-sets, individual job duties that are assigned.
    Work Hours
      We have part time and full time day, afternoon and evening shifts available.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities
    • Act as department team lead
    • Guide the department in new testing techniques
    • Contribute directly and provide consultation in the analysis, design and execution of effective QA prodedures
    • Test new products/software applications, product features, enhancements and fixes against product standards
    • Enter new defects into the defect tracking system and execute defect-specific tests as assigned in the defect tracking system
    • Log and retest defects
    • Participate in the design, testing and verification of Web server applications
    • Maintain documentation of test results, analyze test results and recommend corrective action
    • Develop, implement and document procedures for maintaining and or enhancing the integrity of systems applications
    • Responsible for the creation and execution of detailed test plans and scripts to verify software functionality and adherence to business requirements
    • Test functionality across system releases
    • Review business and IT documentation
    • Execute scripts to include progress reporting, defect tracking and risk assessments, as well as develop automated test scripts where appropriate
    • Identify requirements that need clarification in order to develop an appropriate test
    • Able to support load, stress, performance and reliability testing efforts and associated analysis
