Primary Purpose

Job Responsibilities
Hands-on optimization, including keyword/phrase research, site structure, page construction, content and SEO copywriting
Optimize web site components including title tags, meta-descriptions, keyword density, internal linking, site map, etc.
Manage and oversee SEO Projects
Research the latest search engine algorithms, rules and trends
Maintain search service client relationships
Customize Search Engine Marketing strategy plan based on each client's Business to target goals and objectives
Manage clients budget and expectations
Monitor and analyze performance reports
Develop and execute on strategic recommendations that drive revenue and enhance the search marketing efforts of clients
Required Skills

Customer Service Representative must maintain a positive, optimistic attitude in an ever-changing environment. Individuals must be patient with themselves through the training process and bring that patience to the floor when dealing with customers that have sensitive issues. Required Skills

Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of a Customer Service Representative is handling the customer's calls with efficiency and customer satisfaction, including being responsive to the customer's needs and following through on outstanding issues. Our Contact center answers phone calls for six different companies. We do NOT do any out bound cold calling!! Customers are asking for pricing, wanting to place orders and verify the status of their orders.
Position Responsibilities
Handle each Customer Service issue thoroughly and accurately, follow up on calls that cannot be handled with one contact, address customer service emails, specialized training in at least two skill-sets, individual job duties that are assigned.

We have part time and full time day, afternoon and evening shifts available.
